The greatest fitness hack to move your fitness to the next level

If you can handle your dinner , you can take a quantum jump in your health status.

As is said that our body follows the Sun.  So, whatever you eat during the course of the day is capable of getting digested well because this is the time when the sun is enabling our bodily system to work.

The sun is a great source of energy for all living beings.  Humans included.  But we failed to realise this because we have created walls around us that’s not letting us acknowledge that we are like trees, plants, tigers, lions, insects and other living beings.  I mean we need the Sun as much as they need as we belong to that animal and plant kingdom.

Thanks to the madness called civilisation and industrialisation, we have lost touch with natural behaviour. 

As the sun sets, it’s time to retire and not to mindlessly keep hustling.  And that’s the best way to keep up our health.  The most common reason cited for impaired metabolism is our flawed lifestyle.  We do things against the natural laws of living.

So, feeding our stomachs after the sun sets is something which we can probably get rid of to experience immediate gains in our health status.   Why eat in the evening ? Have you ever thought about it? Why ?

If you look at it scientifically, we dont need any food at night.  The night is meant to retire.  All our body organs shut down and the systems and process are put on halt! For repair and maintenance.

But, we have forgotten that.  We treat the time after sunset for eating and rejoicing.  Most of the social events happen during the evening’s or late nights.  And even at home, our dinner time is stretched till 10 pm or 11 pm.  Ans this what backfires the most agianst the precious efforts that you make to get yourself fit.

I have noted that I have found immense peace with my stomach issues by realising this natural law of living and fitness.  Fir sometime now, I have been skipping the dinner out of conpulsions. But the results have been amazing.

I find it very easy to wake up in the early morning because the overhauling work of the body is completed within time.   By 5:30 am, I am all set to wake up.  Secondly, I don’t find it hard to have a good wholesome breakfast.  As the sun rises, the body demands fuel and that’s when you should be putting the best food forward on your plate and have it too! 

As you begin your day with wholesome breakfast, your body starts to act under the presence of sunlight.  All the organs, the systems ans the processes of the body are activated and you find yourself filled with energy and positivity.

Skipping your dinner or infact I should say, just knowing that you don’t have to eat after the sun sets could push your health to the next level in a short span of time. 

I know it’s going to be difficult because you have modify your mindset along with the evening meal plans but if you are looking for a hack that can set things right for you, then, this is one of the best hacks I can suggest!

  1. What ever you have penned down is reality and factual. So dear friend whatever God had taught us about lifestyle when we you to stay in village without light early morning early sleep early dinner…..and so on is thumb rule of life. It high time we start inculcating these small tips shared by Sanju in daily routine.
