Just came to know about an interesting concept : Winter Arc ..any idea what it is?

So, the kids have told me it is something to do with the next 90 days. 

The next days are the best 90 days of the year. Guess why? They are best because you can utilise them to work on your self growth when there is a lot of tailwinds.

October month is correlated with onset of winter. By the time you reach Diwali, you will start feeling the cold weather around you. 

The cold weather is the time when you have ample opportunity to eat anything and everything. The first and foremost reason is that winter season beckons you with all sorts of fruits and vegetables. Unlike monsoon season when the vegetable prices spiral up, winter seasons prices are very reasonable.

Apart from the economics, the biology also favours you. Your metabolic health is at its best. Cold winters allows for eating heavy meals as the digestion is really good. You won’t feel constipated often.

The cold seasons keeps the germination of micro organisms at their minimum.  Your food does not turn pale so easily – either inside your stomach or outside. So, you can stop using the deep freezers in winter. You don’t even need micro waves. Stop using them.

Winter nights are so easy to fall asleep.  You are not dependent on Air Conditioners.  You don’t have to worry about frequent power cuts. You can live, breathe and sleep in natural air.  Just wrap yourself under a quilt and say , “Sweet Dreams” .

You won’t stink unless you sweat. Your clothes won’t stink. Your shoes won’t get dirty. And you will be all willing to come out and patiently wait for the sun .

Ideally, people should not wait till January 1st. By then, its too late.  If you start your self growth journey, specially if it related to your fitness nas health, your chances of succeeding at it and developing the really cool bhaiya around them will be way high compared to the other months of the year. So, what are you waiting for. Get, Set …Gooooo!!

I am getting closer to my 1000 kms. This has taken 9 months. But, the next 90 days will see covering almost the half of it in just 3 months. Leverage on the environmental advantages available to you and you will fra ahead in your life.
