The secret to become consistent to find your fitness: A philosophical understanding

(whenever I read or hum these couplets, I am energized.)

(Shri Amitabh Ji,the great Bollywood, actor who is the greatest creation of the great poet, Shri Harivansh rai, is always inspired by the poem that is the magnum opus)

(let me share those few lines that energize me)

(a person is not sure which route to take in his life forward. He wants to find the fountain of his life but not sure how)

(every one tells him a new direction. Some direct him towards left, some right and some say this, some say that. He is totally puzzled.)

And then the poet gives out the philosophy of living that would bring the fountain of love, joy, bliss and happiness. He says, ‘Just take one path and keep moving on it”. Don’t doubt yourself.

Any direction is a good direction that can hold your attention, your interest. But what really would matter is if you can walk on that path for long enough.

Whenever, I read these lines, I only think of how people are struggling to be fit and healthy. But they don’t know how to be one. They try everything and still not find their fitness.

Anyone who wishes to feel the happiness inside must need to have a direction.

And you can move fast when you have the clear sense of direction. Your mind and spirit won’t have any confusion then.

A direction would mean a purpose, a meaning ful one that you can cling to life and you will be able to reach your nectar, your bliss, your samadhi, your cheese, your calling.

Direction is needed to stay consistent

The people who are getting hurt all the time have no sense of direction in the world. They don’t know if the pain helps or hurts them.

As Budha has said, suffering is inevitable, so you can’t escape it. But, he has also said that you can choose to suffer. It means you can choose the direction in which you would love to move in life, find your purpose and move ahead with purpose. And even if you encounter pain, struggle and suffering, it would all be worth it.

You will see the pain but you won’t run away. You will feel the pain but that pain will make you grow stronger as you would be assured the reason for which you are willing to take the pain.

Don’t just live and keep moving like a rolling stone that gathers no dust. Commit and dedicate your life to some cause. The bigger the cause, the lasting your happiness be!

Don’t just drift away in life. Pick up any purpose, no matter how small. A purpose is a purpose, and if it is something that you love then that is it.

My purpose serves me so well. I started to run to lose my weight and get healthier.

Now, I am dreaming a bigger dream. I want to serve others. I want to serve over a million people by 2029.

And so can you decide to turn your life towards a meaningful purpose. If your purpose would be to serve others, all the pain and sorrow will turn magical and only bring more drive into to you.
