Lot of people struggle with themselves. They stuggle with their behaviours and their habits that won’t them to get healthy and fit. I notice it all the time. And these people are those who desperately want to change themselves.
So, here is something that I wrote that will help them to cross to the side of good health and fitness. I want to help because I know what it feels to be defeated by one’s own self.
So, here are some words of encouragement for you.
Different thoughts will cross your mind. You may be tempted to switch your side. You may try to think it all waste when you notice others enjoying it on the other side. And you toiling and struggling it all.
It’s going to happen every day, every moment until and unless you have fortified your will. Only then can you stand tall and strong.
And to become that strong, you have to go through the training which is going to be filled with frustrations and failures. But, if you keep pushing the envelope, you are going to see the progress on your side.
Initially, it will be a tiny one. Like a seed. But, if you care to nurture it slowly but surely, it will grow into a full blown tree one day. You will spread your aspirations like the branches of a tree and thrive!
You should therefore dream and visualise the version of you that you want to see because that’s what is going to keep you moving towards it. Your dream should be crystal clear in your head.
It may be just a fig of imagination for others but for you it is the reality of your future. It is something that you have started to build in your mind like an architect. Only you can see it in your mind. But, one day everyone is going to see it.
