These days, I am facing hot summers.
Guess what, we are close to the sun. So, the days are pretty longer.
And this has upset my morning schedule what Robin Sharma calls the victory hours !
So, these days the sun is up and staring at me at 5:30 am unlike in winters where you don’t see the sun even by 7 sometimes!
So, I had to change my run routine as it gets too hot by 7 am, my time for run!
Evening run is now on the schedule. It’s not that bad at the end of the day.
I had very different thoughts few days ago when I started my evening runs. But now, things have quite settled.
Infact, I am enjoying my evening runs. After a long day at work, I look forward to unwinding by running and listening to music. Today, I hit the retro button and listened to many of my favourite nos of 70s and 80s.
Though a bit tired but even that comes as a blessing in disguise. Your body craves for the tight sleep post run and evening meals.
Did I say meals, you are hungry to eat and thays not bad. As Dr Hegde says, “eat when you are hungry and not when the doc or your fitness instructor says”.
The body itself is the best doctor so lisyen to your body.
