Day 03 hdor

Today, the family had plans. They needed to visit. So, I had to take them there. This led to skipping my run in the morning. Morning time is what I prefer for my runs.

The whole day I waited for the evening. I reached home from work at 8:45 pm. Quickly changed into running gear, put on my shoes and headed out.

The roads were filled with traffic. Felt like 5 k will be great. But, for the last two days, I have been doing 10k. The figure is so attractive. So, I pushed myself for that.

Ran 8 kms outside on the road. And then came back and made the rounds in the colony. Did make it 10k.
