Working with our own hands nd using our body to move is empowering. Technology may bring comfort and luxury , but to find happiness and peace, you need to labour!

Just like how we take a shower to clean ourselves , a passionate phsyical activity can help us to clear our mind of the fatigues of work, negative interactions and make us mentally fresh !

It is important to have a good control over what we eat. And one of the ways to exercise the control is to make a visit to the local food market and hand pick what you wish to eat.

After a good long run in the morning, I ask my kiddos to click a shot.

It is such an amazing feeling to work on the self the very first thing in the morning.
